ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS? Of course! We are never too busy to meet new friends. Here's what you can expect at your first visit. We'll take some time to get to know you by finding out your preferences and concerns regarding your past dental experiences. We'll carefully review your medical history and perform an oral cancer screening examination. From there, we'll take any necessary x-rays, and examine your teeth and gums and clean them if appropriate. After discussing your options, we will work together to establish a treatment plan that best meets your needs.
FOR YOUR SAFETY. Our instruments are processed through an ultrasonic cleaner and computerized autoclave sterilizer between each use. The sterilizer is monitored weekly by an outside testing service to ensure its effectiveness. Hospital strength disinfectants are used on all countertops and chair surfaces, and disposable supplies and covers are used wherever practical. Protective glasses are provided to shield your eyes during treatment. We would be pleased to show you the area where the instruments are processed and answer any other questions you may have. Your peace of mind is our priority.
RESPECTING YOUR TIME. We know that your time is as valuable as ours and will make every effort to honor your appointment time puctually. Thank you for extending this same courtesy to us. If it is necessary for you to change your appointment, you can avoid broken appointment charges by letting us know at least 48 hours in advance. Of course, a personal emergency may prevent you from giving us sufficient notice. In those rare instances, we'll certainly understand and do everything possible to accommodate your needs. If you'ld like to set up an appointment, just give us a call at 253-939-6900, or send us an e-mail from the "Contact Us" section of this website.
